Mindful Type A Round Up

1.  For many of us, today is HUMP DAY during our first full work week of 2019!  Already feeling stressed at the office? Check out these 5 yoga practices you can do at work (without anyone knowing!) for instant calm. 

 

2. I'm a huge fan of #BoringSelfCare. It's not all pedicures and massages (although those sure are nice!). 

 

3.  Mindfulness helps us see options when we feel stuck. Hooray for emotional agility!

 

4.  Why is mindfulness good for business? Because  "when CEOs meditate, they do it because they don’t get hijacked by Brain 1.0 or Brain 2.0. They get to make wiser decisions. They get to see a bigger picture. They’re not reacting to issues." AMEN.
