Starting December 1, join me every Thursday morning from 6:30 - 7:30 am for 60 minutes of all-levels asana, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation that will leave you feeling more focused, resilient, and joyful as you step into the day ahead.
Mindfulness means focusing on the present moment, on purpose, without judgment. So simple, and yet so challenging! In this new weekly class, we'll practice coming to the mat just as we are In order to stay present, we'll learn more about the essential attitudes for mindfulness such as beginner's mind, non-striving, and non-attachment. Some weeks we'll work up a sweat, some weeks we'll get comfortable with stillness; every week we'll walk away with strategies we can put into practice in every day life.
